Online credit card transactions cannot be refunded or voided through this website. Once an order is submitted to Rossi’s Bar and Grill restaurant, any requests for refund must be done within 24 hours after placing the order. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not prefer.
A customer can request a refund by contacting us directly by phone or email. The original receipt must accompany all refund requests and any credit cardholder must present a valid ID for all credit card transactions. Refunds will be issued to the same card that was used in the original purchase. A cash refund will not be provided. In certain cases, we may offer a customer a credit in the dollar amount of such refund.
